These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ph25 platform, including all games, financial transactions, account features, promotions, and communications. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph25 ("ph25," "we," "us," "the Operator"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph25.one and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

To register and maintain a ph25 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
ph25 reserves the right to conduct eligibility verification at any point and to suspend or close accounts found to be in breach of these requirements. Any winnings accrued by an ineligible player may be voided and withheld.
Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) ph25 account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited. Where ph25 identifies that a single individual has registered multiple accounts, ph25 may close all such accounts, void all associated balances, and retain any funds deposited in excess accounts in accordance with its anti-fraud and AML procedures.
When registering a ph25 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, a valid and active Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, and your accurate date of birth. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information whenever it changes.
ph25 requires Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or at the Operator's discretion. Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine Identification System Card (PhilSys ID), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Social Security System (SSS) Card, Driver's License, Passport, Voter's ID, and PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ph25 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods linked to your account. You must not share your credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
ph25 will never ask you for your password or one-time password (OTP) by any means — including via customer support chat, email, SMS, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from ph25 and requesting your password or OTP should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph25 immediately.
You must notify ph25 immediately upon becoming aware of, or reasonably suspecting, any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ph25 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. You acknowledge that all transactions conducted using your credentials are deemed to have been made by you unless you have notified ph25 of a security breach.
All financial transactions on the ph25 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph25 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BDO Internet Banking, BPI Online, and Metrobank Online Transfer. Available payment methods may change and are displayed in your ph25 account dashboard at the time of deposit.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your ph25 account balance upon confirmed receipt; GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect within seconds.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph25 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment, subject to your compliance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, display, transmit, sell, license, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any ph25 content without express prior written permission from ph25.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph25 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ph25 platform, including without limitation:
Nothing in these Terms limits ph25's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence by ph25, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.
ph25 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause under these Terms, ph25 reserves the right to retain account balances to cover any outstanding obligations, disputed charges, or penalties arising from the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach by you, your available balance will be returned to your registered payment account within a reasonable timeframe.
If you have a complaint or dispute related to your ph25 account or any transaction, you should in the first instance contact ph25 Customer Support via the in-platform live chat. ph25 aims to resolve all support inquiries within 24 hours for standard matters and within 72 hours for complex financial disputes.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through customer support, you may escalate the matter in writing to ph25's formal complaints process, the details of which are available in your ph25 account settings. ph25 will issue a final position on formal complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.
If a dispute remains unresolved after ph25's internal complaints process has been exhausted, players may refer their complaint to PAGCOR's Player Protection Program as the relevant regulatory authority. ph25 cooperates fully with PAGCOR in the resolution of player complaints.
ph25 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via in-platform notification and/or email to your registered address at least 14 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the ph25 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must notify ph25 of your objection before the effective date and cease using the platform; ph25 will process any outstanding balance due to you in accordance with the then-current withdrawal procedures.
Non-material amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not affect your rights or obligations — may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter, as amended), Republic Act No. 9487, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 14.
ph25 is operated under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). The ph25 platform is intended solely for use by individuals located within the Philippines or in jurisdictions where access to and use of the ph25 platform is lawful.
